If you prefer to fax your payroll each pay period, we will provide you with a Next Payroll Input Sheet (NPIS) that fits your needs. The NPIS will categorize your employees in the order you choose (last name, department, location, etc.)  so it is quick and easy to complete. There is also plenty of space to indicate changes such as pay rates, deductions, benefits, personal data, etc. To view samples of our Next Payroll Input Sheet options, click any of the links below.

    • This option gives you all of the details about the pay types and deductions that are setup for each employee. You can choose to hide or show wages. There is also plenty of space to indicate any changes you need to make to employee setup.
  • Next Payroll Input Sheet grid (vertical)
    • This option provides wage information, but does not include any deduction or benefit setup for each employee. The columns can be customized based on your needs.
  • ​Next Payroll Input Sheet grid (horizontal)
    • This option is the same as the vertical, but allows for more customization columns.

If you have a timekeeping or in-house system that generates a payroll file, emailing your payroll data may be the best option for you. FlexChecks accepts many different file formats, and if one is not available for your particular system, we can create a custom import. The options are endless!

If you are creating a spreadsheet by hand each payroll - you may want to consider out timekeeping system. Like all of our other tools, our timekeeping system is simple, convenient and affordable.

Sometimes it is best to simply give us a call each payroll so you can talk directly to your Client Service Representative (CSR). When you have gathered all employee hours and pay, as well as any necessary changes for your payroll, call your CSR on their direct line. We can provide a Next Payroll Input Sheet (NPIS) that you may choose to help you stay organized and minimize the time needed to make the call. The NPIS can also be retained with your records so you can easily refer back to it in the event that an employee questions their pay.
