FlexChecks is seeking a highly motivated
individual for business to business sales.
The successful candidate will be a self
starter who will build relationships across
client organizations in the Kalamzoo area
by cold calling, meeting with prospective
clients and networking. The sales professional
will be responsible for prospecting, documenting
contacts, developing proposals, making
presentations, overcoming objections,
negotiating and closing business to secure
partnership opportunities.
Qualified candidates will have two or
more years of demonstrated sales experience
and a proven history of selling services.
Knowledge of payroll processing, flexible
benefits administration, and human resource
management a plus. Additional requirements
include the ability to work on their own,
excellent interpersonal, organizational,
time management and verbal and written
skills.
The position offers a competitive base
salary plus commisssion and full benenfits.
