Time Clocks - Collection Methods
Data Collection - Gathering employee punches can be accomplished in a variety of ways, or in other words, through a number of different types of time clocks. You may already have an idea of what "method" you'd prefer to use to collect your employee's punches. General methods for gathering employee punches include:
1. Fingerprint scan, or "biometric".
2. Over the Web
3. PIN entry or badge "swipe".
4. Over the Phone
5. Proximity Badge

Fingerprint Scan: Biometric technology uniquely recognizes each of your employees by their individual fingerprint. It eliminates "buddy punching" completely. Our system is easy to install and setup.

Over the Web: Our WebClock is an Inernet-based solution that allows employees to clock in/out or view their time card conveniently over a web browser from any authorized workstation With IP filters employers can restrict which computers act as a time clock. It's the ideal solution for environments with workstations connected to the Web, and who may not need a traditional wall mounted time clock. It can also be used in conjunction with other collection methods as an alternative for office employees.
