Our professional staff, with over 15 years of interviewing and recruiting experience, will work with you, on-site and assist you in:

• Placing an effective ad for your open position.

• Sorting through the hundreds of resumes you have received.

• Phone screening candidates.

• Complete the first round of thorough in person interviews.

• Give any necessary assessments

• Complete at least two (2) work references for each candidate in the final round of interviews. 

The top three (3) candidates will then be presented to you for final interviews, which are scheduled at your convenience. Our Hiring Assistant will help in:

• Presenting the job offer.

• Keeping all candidates informed of the interview process and their status in a professional and courteous manner.

All we need from you is:

• An hour of your time to obtain a thorough job description, education and other requirements as well as personality traits and information about your company culture.

• Space for interviewing on site at your company.

The hiring process is usually two - three weeks, but can be customized to meet your needs.
