Your login is: CCCCLLLLLLXXXX where CCCC = your client code, LLLLLL = your full last name, and XXXX = the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
Your initial password is: LLLLLLXXXX where LLLLLL = your last name (lower case) and XXXX = the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
